Q: how do I order?

A: feel free to send me an email  with details of your order, including the requested delivery date. 

Q: Can you customize the amount or type of goods?

A: i can certainly try! i assess requests on a case by case basis, if you'd like to do a custom order i'm happy to create a package just for you :)  

Q: is there a store i can pickup from?

A: hopefully in the future i will have one! For now i am operating on pickup and delivery only! delivery is included for melbourne, west melbourne, suntree, and viera. If you are outside of those borders, i do charge an additional $4 for delivery. 

Q: I'm hosting a party and i'd like to give away desserts as favors, do you bake for events?

A: i do! you can pick anything from my menu and email me with the quantity and event date. I will deliver them and setup at the event. i also offer customizations on packaging to fit your event- due to this, i request the order be placed at least 5 days in advance.

Q: Do you make Gluten free items?

A: my menu does offer gluten friendly items, but i don't use gluten free specific tools. There is always a possibility of cross contamination for those with an extreme sensitivity. (This goes for all types of sensitivities and allergies, including, but not limited to, peanuts, soy, dairy, milk). 

Q: What payment types do you accept and when? 

A: I am currently accepting payments through venmo once we finalize an order/request. i do require payment before i make and deliver your items. you can find me by searching @Elizabethdianebakery. 

Q: I need an order fulfilled same day, can you do that?

A: depending on your choice and my current workload, i may be able to fulfill same day orders. for larger orders or specific packaging requests, i will need about 5 days notice in order to get packaging in. i do request at least 24 hours for macarons due to the nature of the treat- the shells need to sit with the buttercream filling for 24 hours to taste their absolute best!
